Day Only Registration
Day Rate Registration will include conference sessions for the day, meals for the nominated day (morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea), conference materials including satchel and handbook and access to the book of proceedings and presenter podcasts after the conference. Does not include conference functions. Tickets can be purchased from the registration page.
Early Bird Registration
An Early Bird rate is being offered to those who register and pay by to 17 April 2015. All new and outstanding registrations will be transferred to the standard rate after this date.
Concession registration is available for full –time students (including international) and unwaged delegates only.
Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first.
The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.
All registrations received after 4th May 2015 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash onsite.

Refunds and Cancellations
The conference committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 17th April, 2015. Registration cancellation received between 18th April and 1st May will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 1st May, 2015. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.
Please note that it is essential for all participants including invited speakers, delegates and presenters to register.
Insurance - It is the responsibility of delegate's to arrange their own travel insurance. The conference does not endorse or have any arrangements with any companies.
