Conference Registration Inclusions

  • Soft copy of the Program Booklet (available after the Conference).
  • Access to presenter podcasts following the Conference.
  • Meals for the duration of the Conference including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
  • Ticket to the Welcome Reception including drinks and canapés.

Day Rate

  • Conference Sessions and Keynote Presentations for the nominated day.
  • Conference materials, including satchel, Handbook and Book of Abstracts (online).
  • Soft copy of the Book of Proceedings (available after the Conference).
  • Access to presenter podcasts following the Conference.
  • Meals for the nominated day including morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea.
  • Please note Day Rate does not include the Welcome Reception. Tickets can be purchased on the registration page.  

Early Bird Registration

An Early Bird rate is being offered to those who register and pay by to Thursday 7 April 2016. All new and outstanding registrations will be transferred to the standard rate after this date.

Concession Registration

Concession registration is available for full–time students and unwaged delegates only.

Payments

Once registration is received a confirmation email and tax invoice will be issued. All accounts must be paid in full 30 days from the invoice date or 10 business days before the conference start date, whichever comes first (unless applying for the early bird rate).

The organisers reserve right, without notification, to cancel outstanding accounts any time after 30 days from date of tax invoice being sent.

All registrations received after 2 May 2016 must be paid in full by credit card only. If payment is not received prior to the Conference, access will be granted only after full payment is made via credit card or cash onsite.

Delegate Refunds and Cancellations

The Conference Committee understands that circumstances can change. At any point prior to the event you are welcome to contact us in writing to nominate a substitute delegate at no extra charge. A full refund less a $150 service fee will be issued for cancellations received on or before 3 April 2016. Registration cancellation received between 4 April 2016 and 17 April 2016 will receive a 50% refund on the registration fees. No refunds will be issued after 18 April 2016. Non-payment does not constitute cancellation.

Accommodation Refunds and Cancellations

All accommodation bookings will be subject to the individual hotel cancellation policy. Please contact the Conference Secretariat for the hotel cancellation policy.

The conference organisers reserve the right to change activities, topics and presenters where necessary. “The organisers shall not be liable for any loss caused by the cancellation of the conference where such cancellation is due to Force Majeure.
